At Lotte Duty Free Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our customs and duty-free regulation requirements.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact and that you have your original proof of purchase or duty-free tax invoice.

  Reach out to our customer service team via email or visit one of our airport or downtown locations to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Return the Product

  Securely pack your items and return them to our designated service desk or ship them back to our warehouse as instructed by our support team.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
